Most of my clients come to me after battling years of on-again off-again dieting behavior. They feel hopeless because all the things they have been told to try by their doctors, personal trainers, health gurus, government guidelines, celebrities, and even other dietitians just doesn't work! They lose weight, only to gain it back (and more). And they almost always have a laundry list of symptoms accompanying them (anxiety, depression, skin issues, GI issues, hormone issues, etc). By the time I speak to them on a clarity call they are so confused and are ready to throw in the towel.

But after 45 minutes together  the phone they can finally see what the real problem is and what's been standing in their way from getting long-term results!

As an Integrative and Functional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) I use an individualized approach to nutrition counseling. I understand that as an individual you are complex. I take a deeper look at your biochemical make up, genetics, environment, lifestyle, health history and more to tailor a nutrition plan just for you. I believe food is medicine. 1. Scheudle a Clarity Call

You wouldn't marry someone on a first date would you? I hope you said no! Well you wouldn't commit to working with someone long-term until you know them better either. First step, hop on a clarity call with me so that I can learn more about you and we can feel out if we are a good fit to work together! On this call we will cover details of my programs and, if it's a good fit, get you signed up as a new client!

2. Deep Dive Assessment

Once you become a new client I sit down with you to learn everything I can about you! I listen, ask questions and gather information. I may even utilize specific lab testing to get all the info I need. Then I take that information run it through my 6 step Revive Assessment Process to identify what areas we need to address to get you results!

3. Revive Road Map

After I identify the areas that need fixed I put together a personalized nutrition plan so that you'll be clear on exactly what steps you need to take to get results. The Revive Road Map will get you moving in the right direction with a clear cut path to success.


4. Support & Transformation

Once you know what to do it's all about helping you implement your new lifestyle. If it were easy you would have already done it. That's why I make sure I'm every step of the way to help you when there are bumps in the road.
