Do you take insurance?

The simple answer is, no. My primary focus is helping you get the transformation you desire. I don't want to be limited on the amount of time and resources I use to get you there.

My program is not covered by insurance. You will get so much more than what insurance allows or deems “billable” or “necessary.” However, you can use your HSA or FSA card to pay for the program. I can also provide a receipt if you would like to try to get some reimbursement, but this is not guaranteed.

Can I still see you if I live in...?

Yes! My practice is virtual! This means appointments are conducted by phone or video to make it as convenient as possible for my clients!

How much does this cost?

What will it cost you if you continue to struggle with this on your own? Another round of membership at weight watchers with no results? Hundreds in supplements that don’t work? waisted time? Having to go another full year of not feeling confident and letting life knock you off course?

That being said, due to tests being included and the comprehensive and unlimited nature of my program, anticipate to invest few thousand dollars in your self and your health when you sign up for my program.

What can I expect in my first visit?

Every client has unique goals, health and nutrition history. Therefore each visit may be different depending on what we want to accomplish together.

Are you wanting to heal a negative relationship with food? Do you want to improve you energy? Are you dealing with poor health that you want to manage through nutrition?

The first visit will be spent finding out what you want to accomplish and how I can get you there. After that we spend the remainder of the program time working together to make you goals and reality!

What makes this approach different than everything I have tried in the past?

Most nutrition approaches to weight loss are focused on restricting, removing, counting, measuring in order to get to a certain number on the scale. These may work in the short term, but ultimately most individuals end up regaining the weight.

This is because those program don't address the underlying causes of weight management and health issues. During our time together I will dig deep to find the real issue and then help you find an eating pattern that fixes this. My nutrition plans are focused on cultivating a healthy relationship with food.

Instead of telling you want to eat and what not to eat, I will educate you on why certain foods may be standing in your way of weight loss. Instead of giving you a cookie cutter weekly meal plan, I will teach you how to shop and create great tasting meals. Instead of tracking the amounts of everything you eat, I will teach you an intuitive way of eating that doesn't require restriction. Instead of focusing on the short term weight loss goal, I will provide a solution that will last a life time!

How does this program work?

Will I have the time to commit to a 12 week program around work, school, holidays, travel, kids, etc?

Think about to this time last year. Are you more busy or less busy than you were a year ago? I’m guessing the honest answer is more. That’s the thing, life is never going to get less busy. We just have to start equipping ourselves with the tools to navigate the chaos. There is never going to be a ‘good’ time to invest in yourself, which makes this the perfect time to do it.

The OWOW program just requires a commitment of at least 4 hours a month to start seeing results. Those 4 hours could seriously be life changing. Can you dedicate 4 hours of time to myself so that I can revive your energy and find your forever weight?

What makes this program different from weight watchers, slim 4 life, diets, Herbalife, advocare, Isagenix, Plexus, medical supervision, or any other weight loss programs?

When was the last time your weight watchers coach ran nutrition tests to get to the bottom of the REAL issue? Or gave you strategies to change your mindset, help balance your schedule, form daily habits, work on relationships, or really do anything besides monitoring whether you are sticking to their nutrition plan? Do the hundreds of dollars in supplements get to the deeper issues and bring transformation to your mind as well as you body? In short, all of these program and gimmicks rely on a one size fits all approach. They don’t dig deep to learn what’s going on inside YOUR body and address those imbalances through a personalized nutrition plan.

Why can’t I get this transformation in a shorter amount of time than 3 months? Why can’t I just do this on my own?

Honestly, because deep work and healing the body takes time, learning and practice with the support of someone to guide you before it truly sticks.

I work with a lot of really smart people who think they should be able to lose weight and keep it off forever all on their own. If they had 5 years and 10 years of nutrition education and another 5 years to burn focusing on self growth and improvement they might be able to do it on their own. However, most people don’t have that kind of time, nor do they want to have to go through all that extra work just to be able to know what to do. If you work with me we can fast track all of that through my 'roadmap to your forever weight' and cut through all the unnecessary BS that’s out there that will waist your time. Knowing when you’re not the expert and when someone else has more knowledge that can help you is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength. I have so many experts that I consult to help me stay on track and I can’t wait to share them with you!

What if my family/friends/boyfriend/husband/significant other aren't supportive?

Sometimes a fact of life is that those around us aren’t super supportive of us when we want to up level and work on ourselves. That’s okay because challenge like this are exactly what we tackle in the OWOW program. I will provide you with my ‘Will you support me?’ Script, along with several others to help you navigate tough relationship dynamics that come along with change.

When and where do we meet?

Appointments are conducted online view video chat or over the phone. So we can meet from the comfort of your home or office, and even when you are traveling. We can get started with your deep dive assessment as soon as you register.

Is there a guarantee?

If you show up to appointments and actively participate, reach out when you need help, and work hard to implement the plan we come up with and still don’t see results at the end of a 3 months, then I will continue to work with you beyond that period and continue to work together until you start to see the results.

Weight gain is really just a symptom of a bigger problem going on in the body. My approach is different because I will work with you to dig deep, and find what is driving the weight gain and then correct this, so I can help you unlock you body’s weight loss potential.

I like to think of weight loss like a bike combination, with 8 different numbers to the combination. To be able to unlock the bike lock you would need to get all 8 numbers in the combination matched up in the perfect order. Well in my experience there are 8 different areas in the body where things could be off balance and that would cause you to gain weight or prevent you from being able to lose weight. They are nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, immune system regulation, genetics, hormones, toxin burden, stress and sleep. Each of these things can have a significant impact weight. If you are having a problem or imbalance in any one, or multiple, of these areas your body is NOT going to be able to unlock your weight loss potential.

This is what so many of the weight loss methods/program out there are missing. It doesn’t matter how perfectly you follow their program you are not going to find the right combination for you as an individual.
