Do you take insurance?
The simple answer is, no. My primary focus is helping you get the transformation you desire. I don't want to be limited on the amount of time and resources I use to get you there.
I can provide a copy of a Superbill at the end of our appointments together. You may submit this to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of expenses, but this is not guaranteed.
Can I still see you if I live in...?
Yes! My practice is virtual! This means appointments are conducted by phone or video to make it as convenient as possible for my clients!
How much does this cost?
Before we talk price I want to make sure that I am the best person to help you with your goals, and that you are a good fit for me! What can I expect in my first visit?
Every client has unique goals, health and nutrition history. Therefore each visit may be different depending on what we want to accomplish together.
Are you wanting to heal a negative relationship with food? Do you want to improve you energy? Are you dealing with poor health that you want to manage through nutrition?
The first visit will be spent finding out what you want to accomplish and how I can get you there. After that we spend the remainder of the program time working together to make you goals and reality!
What makes this approach different than everything I have tried in the past?
Most nutrition approaches to weight loss are focused on restricting, removing, counting, measuring in order to get to a certain number on the scale. These may work in the short term, but ultimately most individuals end up regaining the weight.
This is because those program don't address the underlying causes of weight management and health issues. During our time together I will dig deep to find the real issue and then help you find an eating pattern that fixes this. My nutrition plans are focused on cultivating a healthy relationship with food.
Instead of telling you want to eat and what not to eat, I will educate you on why certain foods may be standing in your way of weight loss. Instead of giving you a cookie cutter weekly meal plan, I will teach you how to shop and create great tasting meals. Instead of tracking the amounts of everything you eat, I will teach you an intuitive way of eating that doesn't require restriction. Instead of focusing on the short term weight loss goal, I will provide a solution that will last a life time!
